Referral Program Terms
• Referral bonus is paid after the referred nurse completes 4 weeks (160 hours) on their first assignment.
• Referred nurse must not have previously applied to or worked with TrustedStaffer.
• Referred nurse must list you as their referral source during the application process.
• High-demand specialty bonuses apply to ICU, ER, OR, NICU, CVOR, and Cath Lab specialties.
• Bonuses are paid via check or direct deposit within 30 days of eligibility.
• TrustedStaffer reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.
• Referral bonuses are considered taxable income and will be reported on Form 1099.
